No. Vooli has no accounts and no sign-in. Everything you create is stored on your device. If you want your data on more than one Apple device, turn on iCloud sync in the app and it syncs through your own iCloud. See our Privacy Policy.

The cap is the daily ceiling on your active list. Three lists (by default Myself, Work, Family, all renamable), and you pick 1, 2, or 3 tasks per list. That is the most active tasks you will ever see at once. Everything else waits in your bank until there is room.

Yes, in Account. Switching from a higher cap to a lower one moves displaced tasks back into the bank. Switching up promotes waiting tasks into the open slots.

The task strikes through and the list slot opens. If a task is waiting in that list, it auto-promotes into the slot. Nothing asks for one more action; the idea is to put the phone down.

When a list is full and you pull more from your bank, the extras wait in that list’s queue. Peek at it by tapping the small “queued” chip on the list header. When any task in that list completes, the oldest-queued one slides into the open slot automatically.

Your bank. Park anything there with a list tag. Pull it into Today when a slot opens. Sort, search, and filter by list; long-press to move a task straight to Today.

Habits and routines. Arc is the long view: the things you are building and repeating, separate from today’s short list.

Recurring tasks fire on the schedule you pick (daily, weekly on a day, monthly on a date) and land in your bank on their day, ready to pull into a slot.

A habit is identity-shaped, something you check in on every day or close to it. Reading, meditating, walking. A recurring task is mundane and scheduled, something that has to happen on a cadence. Paying the rent, taking out the trash.

A sequence of steps that fires together at a moment (morning, midday, evening, weekend). Routines walk you through the steps one at a time. Use them for stacks of small actions you want to do as a block.

Your current streak resets, but Vooli always keeps your longest run of all time, so a slip never erases your best. No badges, no shame.

Tap the floating add button, then Bulk Add. Paste a list (one item per line). Each line becomes a separate task in the list you pick. Bullets and numbered prefixes get stripped automatically.

Yes, three ways: the Share Sheet (Safari, Mail, Messages), Siri (“Hey Siri, add to Vooli”), or the Vooli lock-screen / home-screen widget. The share extension saves silently; Siri asks for the task and the list and confirms when it lands.

Set your phone on its side and Vooli becomes a calm, glanceable card. Landscape-locked, dimmed, always-on while it is open. Swipe through your lists, habits, and a focus timer like a small dedicated device on your desk. There is no separate gadget to buy: your phone becomes the device. Tap an NFC tag you have linked, or open Dock Mode from the header.

No. Dock Mode works on its own. If you want the one-tap experience, you can link any NFC tag or sticker to a dock profile, so a tap puts the phone straight into that setup.

Yes. Each dock profile has its own page list (clock, focus timer, lists, habits, routines, music) that you toggle and reorder in the dock editor. It is a per-profile preference.

Yes, while Dock Mode is open. After a short idle, brightness dims and the chrome fades so the surface reads as “asleep but watchful.” Tap anywhere to wake it back to full. At night it can shift to a dim, easy-on-the- eyes clock automatically.

Vooli is built for iPhone today. iPad and Mac are not supported yet.

A simple count-down or count-up timer for distraction-free work. Tap the floating Focus button, pick a duration (or a freeform count-up), and start. Your sessions add up in Patterns.

All sessions log to your focus history. Open the focus log to see your sessions, edit a duration, or delete a row.

Notifications fire for recurring tasks and habits at their scheduled times and for routine reminders. They are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn off all notifications, or per category, in Notification Settings.

Confirm notifications are enabled for Vooli in your iOS Settings, and confirm the per-category toggles in Vooli are on. If both are on and notifications still do not arrive, email us.

Vooli is free and complete. Vooli Pro is an optional one-time unlock (not a subscription) that adds more, like multiple dock profiles and the full Patterns insights. Pay once through the App Store; it is yours for good.

Open the paywall or Account and tap Restore Purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple account, so it restores for free. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policy.

On your device. There is no Vooli account and no Vooli server. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data also syncs through your own Apple iCloud. See our Privacy Policy.

Delete items in the app any time, or delete the app to remove its local data from that device. If you used iCloud sync, manage that copy in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.
