Vooli
Terms of service
Last updated: May 16, 2026 · Effective: May 16, 2026
1. Who you're agreeing with
By creating a Vooli account or using the Vooli app you’re entering a binding agreement with Vooli LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Vooli,” “we,” “our”). If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t create an account or use the app.
2. What Vooli is
Vooli is a productivity app for adults. It runs on iOS and ships through the Apple App Store. The app is currently free with no in-app purchases. We may add paid tiers, additional platforms, or new features in future releases; we’ll update these terms before any change that affects what you’re paying for.
3. Eligibility (age)
Vooli is intended for users aged 13 and older (16 and older in the European Economic Area). By creating an account you represent that you meet this age threshold, or that you are using the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
See our Privacy Policy for our COPPA practices.
4. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. One person per account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time (Account → Danger → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and cascades through every row of your data; there is no undo.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Vooli to:
- Break the law or facilitate someone else doing so.
- Harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
- Attack the service, including reverse engineering, scraping, automated mass requests, attempts to bypass authentication or rate limiting, or attempts to access data belonging to another user.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the app or its content.
- Submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these rules.
6. Your content
You own the tasks, lanes, routines, habits, milestones, and notes you create in Vooli. We don’t claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display your content back to you on your own devices so the app can function. That license ends when you delete your account or your content.
7. Accessibility
We design Vooli to meet WCAG 2.1 AA on this website and on the iOS app. The iOS app supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, Reduce Transparency, and Increase Contrast via system settings. The website supports keyboard navigation, screen readers, 200% zoom without horizontal scroll, and prefers-reduced- motion. If something blocks you from using Vooli, email support@vooli.app and we will treat the report as a functional bug, not a feature request.
8. Warranties
Vooli is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep the service running reliably and your data preserved, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or indefinite data retention. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vooli LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.
10. Consumer statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer statutory right you may have where prohibited by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those rights override anything in sections 8 and 9 above to the extent of the conflict.
11. Termination
You can stop using Vooli and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if we reasonably believe your account is a security or abuse risk, or if we discontinue the service (in which case we’ll give you at least 30 days notice and a chance to export your data).
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to sue in your local courts (in which case that right is preserved).
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vooli LLC regarding the app and supersede any prior understandings.
14. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and notify anyone with an active account before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms. Material changes will require re-acceptance at next sign-in.
